6-Week Mindfulness Course for Adults

9th / 16th / 23rd February and 2nd / 16th / 23rd March
10:00 am – 12:00 pm (Saturdays)

It is highly recommended to attend all course-dates for a maximum outcome and get all benefits.

The group is small (max. 10 people) for maximum learning outcome and full attention to everyones needs.

Online-Workshops

The online-workshops can be held in either German or English, depending on the group. All classes will be held via Zoom.
